Xelorasoft — Software products
Software for the hard parts of running a business.
We design, build and operate our own products — for the work a business actually runs on: what it sells, what it holds, what it buys, and the records that have to be right.
Products
Products built around real operations.
Each product starts with a specific kind of work and the people doing it, then earns its way outward from there.
Vendex
Enterprise ERP / Business Operating System
Vendex runs the operational core of a business from one system — commerce, supply, finance, people and the platform underneath them. Sixteen modules, each deep enough to work in all day, sharing one set of records rather than reconciling separate ones.

Mototrader
Dealer Management · Cars & Motorbikes
Mototrader is the working record for a dealer who buys and sells cars and motorbikes: what came in, who it came from, what it cost to put right, what it sold for, and the paperwork behind all of it — held on the phone, so it still works with no signal.
POS it
Point of Sale · Android & iOS
POS it is a point of sale for small shops, built to run on the phone behind the counter. Selling, stock, customers and receipts all work with no connection at all, and a cheap Bluetooth thermal printer turns a sale into a printed receipt.

About Xelorasoft
We build software we then have to keep running.

- Our own products, built and run in-house
Xelorasoft designs, builds and operates its own products. Nothing here is shipped and handed over — each product is one we keep maintaining, extending and answering for.
That changes how decisions get made. We build for the version of a product that has to exist in three years, not the one that has to look good this week.
Most of the work is unglamorous: the order of a form, the shape of a record, whether a number can be trusted. Those are the parts a business actually feels.
How we think
Four things we hold to.
Not a manifesto. Just the decisions we keep making the same way.
- 01
Practical by design
A product earns its place by removing a real operational problem. If a feature only holds up in a demo, it is not finished.
- 02
Built to evolve
Businesses change shape. A product should absorb that without a rewrite, so the system a company starts on is the system it grows on.
- 03
Connected systems
Operations are connected in reality, so they should be connected in software. A sale, the stock behind it and the figure it produces belong to one record, not three.
- 04
Human software
Complexity in the domain is not a licence for complexity in the interface. The person opening it at nine in the morning should not need the manual.
