Vendex is an enterprise ERP and business operating system. Selling, buying, stock, pricing, customers, accounting, employees, payroll, assets, expenses and audit are separate modules but not separate systems: an order draws on the catalog, moves stock, prices against a price list, and posts to the ledger under the rules the business configured. Point of sale is one channel inside Sales, not the product.

How it works
Modules, not separate systems
A sales order reads the catalog, reserves stock in a location, prices against a price list, routes through an approval policy and posts to the ledger. Each of those lives in its own module with its own depth, but they are one record moving, not four systems being kept in step.
Point of sale is a channel, not the product
POS sits inside Sales alongside Quotations, Orders, Invoices, Payments, Returns and Approvals, and orders carry the channel they came through. The counter is one way business arrives — it is not the shape of the system.
Accounting that actually posts
A chart of accounts, journal entries, receivable and payable, tax, reconciliation and period close — with posting rules that decide how operational documents become entries, and posting refusals and failures surfaced rather than silently dropped.
Configured per business, governed centrally
Businesses, locations and departments define the shape of the organisation; users, roles, permission groups, a permission matrix and approval policies decide who can do what. Number sequences, currencies and module enablement are all set per business.
