We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use POS it on devices you control, to run your own business.

You may not resell or redistribute the app, attempt to extract its source, remove its branding, or present it as your own product. The POS it name, the Xelorasoft name and the app's design belong to Xelorasoft.

POS it stores your shop's records on your device. Devices are lost, broken, stolen and replaced, and when that happens the data on them goes too. Take backups, and keep them somewhere you can reach.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for keeping whatever records your tax authority or regulator requires. The app is a tool for recording trade; it is not a substitute for your own bookkeeping obligations.

Figures the app produces — totals, profit estimates, reports — are calculated from what you entered, to help you run your shop. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and they are not a filing. Check them against your own records before relying on them for anything official.

POS it records how a sale was paid for. It does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a payment service, and it is not a party to any transaction between you and your customer. Collecting money, giving change and settling disputes remain between you and the people you trade with.

The app prints to third-party Bluetooth thermal printers using a widely implemented standard command set. We do not make that hardware and cannot guarantee that every printer on the market behaves correctly, and some capabilities are limited by the hardware rather than by the app.

The app's core selling features are designed to work without a connection. Optional online features depend on services that may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn.

We may update POS it, and features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops. We will not deliberately remove a feature that your records depend on without a way to get those records out.

POS it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Xelorasoft is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

You can stop using POS it at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the licence if the app is used in breach of these terms or unlawfully. Export a backup before uninstalling if you want to keep your records.
